My experience after completing my master's and as a student researcher has made me realize that Data Science, when taken an interdisciplinary approach, would go a long way. With machine learning and deep learning algorithms now being used in various disciplines, I think it is crucial to investigate the extent up to which they can be applied in a particular discipline.
