Wenjie Liang

With a background in medicine and data science, I am currently pursuing my PhD in the Department of Clinical Data Science, with a research focus on FAIR data, knowledge graphs and the applications of AI techniques in health data harmonization. My research project is titled “AI powered Data Curation & Publishing Virtual Assistant”.

My work centers on exploring the feasibility of knowledge graphs and AI-driven applications to enhance the FAIRness of health data and support sustainable data reuse for patient-centric care. This research is under the supervision of Dr. Petros Kalendralis and Prof. Dr. Ir. Andre Dekker.
