Yemu Katanda

I hold an MSc in Health and Digital Transformation and have a background in public health and UX/UI design. My PhD research focuses on the implementation and impact of AI in clinical decision-making. Understanding how to implement AI in real-world clinical settings is critical for realizing its potential benefits for patients, clinicians, and health systems.

This work is part of the Netherlands AI Fellowship (AiNED), funded by NWO.

My research is supervised by Dr. Rianne Fijten, Prof. Dr. Marieke Pierik, and Prof. Dr. Ir. Andre Dekker.
